Why Can’t I Apply a Discount or Promo Code to My Order?

We’re happy to offer great savings, but here’s how our discounts work:

1️⃣ One Discount Per Order
Only one discount or promo code can be applied per order. This means you can't combine multiple discounts, such as promo codes and automatic bulk discounts, on the same purchase — unless otherwise specified.

2️⃣ What is an Automatic Discount?
Some products in our store may have automatic discounts applied for bulk orders. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout without needing a code.

Since only one discount can be used per order, if an automatic bulk discount is already applied, you won’t be able to add a promo code on top of it.

📢 Example: If you qualify for a bulk discount, that offer will automatically apply to your cart. As a result, any additional promo codes won’t be eligible for that same order.
